Reviewing Accounts Opening & closure of accounts as per AML/KYC guideline and regulations of State Bank of Pakistan for individual account.
Reviewing Account amendments of individual as well as corporate accounts.
Check the documents to verify the account & systematic issue and response to internal Audit queries
To be an effective communicator and also the part of CAO Helpdesk to ensure all complaints, branch queries regarding account opening and systematic issues of Temenos resolved with in a time frame.
Handling customer complains on CRM and responding to branches queries timely to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
To review and check the detailed documentation of Corporate Accounts of POS/EPG Non checking accounts.
Remove debit block of customer accounts after verification of customer documents.
Smart worker and multitasking to manage TAT within specified time-period.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Any other identical task assigned by Line Manager or Higher Management.
Check and resolve all the costumer complains in terms of account opening.
Co ordinate with branches and guide for account opening queries through emails.
Scrutiny of account opening form and generate LOT in IMAL.
Scrutiny of account closing request and update in IMAL.
