I am a seasoned professional in the field of Coordination and Consultancy with 10 years above experience. I am someone who has a successful track record of achieving set targets. I have worked in national and international organizations as professional individual, like Maxwell stamp PLC, a UK based Consultant firm, was working on IBRD World Bank project in Afghanistan. I have also assigned a task of developing an Institute of Sustainable Development, which by the grace of almighty established successfully. I've spent my time with few organizations with great zeal and enthusiasm, spirit and dedication. My future objective is to join a challenging organization where I should enhance my skills in the fields of coordination and consultancy and contribute my skills and experience to that organization.
Work on all administrative matters related to the branch.
Documentation & record keeping of organization matters related to employees and clients and communicate all related matters to officials concerned.
Hire, Develop, motivate and maintain Takaful Consultants, as per the company’s and subject to SECP rules and regulations.
Monitor and report activities of self and team on daily basis.
Set weekly, monthly and quarterly targets for self and team to meet assigned targets
Provide full assistance to program Manager and project beneficiaries, and make sure that all activities are coordinated properly
Work with Monitoring & Evaluation manager to collect data and information to ensure high quality of programming
Serve as the primary point of contact between regional GoP offices, local service providers, and regional stakeholders and Regional Liaison Manager in the Program Management Unit;
Work with Regional Liaison Manager and Director of Programs and senior advisors to design sustainable service delivery mechanisms for program beneficiaries;
Adjust service delivering as necessary in response to M&E findings;
Make sure that all activities are accordance with Afghan government policies,
Make sure that all records are fully maintained and make it available to Project Manager
• Delivery of approved teaching curricula and course to students in accordance with the semester timetable at NIMA
• Assist the Senior Faculty- Accounting and Financial Management Expert with the preparation of curricula and teaching and course materials for the faculty.
• Support the Teacher Development Program Expert and Faculty trainer for the implementation of a development program for an Afghan Teacher Trainee faculty at NIMA; this includes the tutoring of Afghan Teacher Trainees.
• Other tasks and/ or responsibilities as required and assigned by the Senior Faculty- Accounting and Financial Management Expert and Agreed with MSP.
• Ensuring that all of the above tasks, and their sub-tasks, are implemented to the mutual satisfaction of MSP and the Client.

• Working with staff members and Departmental Heads on all issues of the institute.
