Paradise Pipe Industry and Engineering Works is a leading manufacturer of CRC Steel pipes, renowned for its high-quality products and robust distribution network. We are one of the biggest distributors of International Industries Limited CRC Pipe. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication and Client Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
  • Operations Management:

    • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing of products.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet client demands.
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery of products.
  • Delivery Management:

    • Oversee the delivery process to ensure products are delivered to clients on time and in good condition.
    • Address any delivery-related issues and work towards timely resolutions.
    • Maintain records of deliveries and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, client relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
