We're looking for someone who is well-organized and has a strong aptitude for career growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing daily operations and demonstrate a strong aptitude for the following responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our delivery and logistics services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Handle order processing, including taking orders, dispatching, and maintaining records of all transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage office operations, including administrative and general office upkeep.
Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely deliveries and maintain business relationships.
Share ideas based on insights gained to improve processes.

What We’re Looking For:

A disciplined, organized person who knows how to prioritize and get things done.
Experience in operations, logistics, or managing a team is a plus.
Comfortable communicating in both Urdu and English, in writing and speaking.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Proactive and a problem solver.

Education:We’re not picky about degrees—we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and skills.
