Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads for plastic products, including but not limited to packaging materials, industrial plastic components, and custom plastic solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, and packaging.
- Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of our plastic products to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored plastic solutions that meet their needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals with customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any issues or concerns related to plastic products and services.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
