You will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and strategic goals. This position requires a deep understanding of audience engagement through visual storytelling, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant. The right candidate will have at least two years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media design and layout design, particularly within the Canva platform. Responsibilities

Create stunning visual content using Canva that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Design graphics for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and advertisements that drive engagement and interaction.
Develop layout designs for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital banners, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop designs that meet specified goals and timelines.
Stay informed on the latest design trends and Canva features to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
Utilize feedback from team members and stakeholders to make improvements and adjustments to designs as needed.
Prepare high-quality design files for print and digital media, ensuring all specifications and formats are met.
Maintain organized files and design libraries within Canva for easy access and scalability of future projects.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotions, contributing a unique design perspective.
Monitor the performance of designs on various platforms and use insights to optimize future visual content strategies.
