Review and Analyse current Solution Architecture for tax and income return and understand the Operational challenges.
Identify Gaps and areas for Technical and Operational Improvements both from Software and Infrastructure level.
Identify and recommend quick wins to overcome the current challenges and define Short Term, Medium Term and Long Term roadmap for solutions.
Review the analyse the current customer journeys for various modules. Identify areas to enhance customer experience and provide recommendations to simply the customer journeys.
Recommend long terms roadmap and Future state Architecture for new version and release.
Recommend Solution Architecture on latest tools and technologies with as a product and can be extended as a Platform for other domains.
Recommend Integration Architecture to integrate with External and 3rd Party Applications.
Recommend Analytical framework for new release and version to enhance reporting and insights into user data.
Recommend Security framework to protect customer data from external/Internal attacks.
