Call Center Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Operator to join our team. As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer/driver records and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers/drivers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information to customers/drivers and resolve any issues they may have
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all customer information
Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries and escalations
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide better customer support

Requirements:

High school, some college education preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Urdu
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Prior experience working in a call center or customer service environment preferred
Further training given
