Front Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries regarding features, benefits, and prices.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain the appearance of the sales floor by organizing and restocking merchandise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and stocking products.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and promotions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
