The Sales Agent will be responsible for closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is Necessary
