Customer Support Officer (Pharmacist/ Nutritionist)

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Officer for interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide timely and accurate information about our nutraceutical products.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our nutraceutical products to assist customers effectively.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for product and service improvements.
Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Generate and analyse customer service reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
