We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic \"Area Sales Manager” to join our team in Multan.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to meet targets and achieve growth.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

English proficiency.
Strategic thinking and planning abilities
Ability to analyze sales and market data to make informed decisions.
Sales growth mindset and ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely and professional manner.
