We are currently seeking an experienced ‘Digital Marketing Specialist’ to manage the marketing of our different products and brands across the group. The role is based in our Islamabad office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Manage and control all Mobile apps marketing campaigns, to build space in market by achieving maximum number of downloads
2. Manage stable ratings and top ranking on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
3. Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of campaigns and content to achieve customer acquisition, online marketing and growth goals.
4. Manage Google analytic dashboards to monitor SEO and content performance for digital strategy development
5. Perform competitor analysis to understand their web, SEO, link building, and content marketing efforts.
6. Continuously research, identify and execute on new marketing channels Perform keyword research to optimize existing content, understand search trends, and uncover new opportunities.
7. Raising brand awareness across all the product groups
8. Taking full responsibility and driving the products forward through online marketing
9. Understanding our marketplace and the products our customers want
10. Drive product awareness through creation and execution of online marketing campaigns and activities
11. Website and content development
12. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders on all strategic planning of online campaigns and co-ordination with other marketing activities
13. Make provisions for monitoring and measurement where necessary and share reporting for online marketing activity
14. Driving web, social media, SMS, and affiliate marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics
15. Carrying out market research, competitor, and customer analysis
16. Putting together and managing the online marketing plans in line with changes in the business
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing/Computer Sciences from an accredited institute.
3-4 years of experience managing marketing initiatives for a B2C brand.
1. In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Mobile App Marketing and App store optimization (ASO).
2. Solid, hands-on marketing experience helping to drive awareness and growth for small to medium sized companies working to a strict marketing budget
3. Exposure to ethnic or group markets, linked to a thorough understanding of segmentation and the dynamics of utilizing distribution networks
4. Excellent communications skills, i.e. oral, written and listening skills coupled with a strong technique to hold meaningful discussions at a variety of levels across an organization
5. Must have a strong presence and exhibit a “can do” attitude balanced by an extremely approachable demeanor
6. Strong proofreading and editing skills
Desirable Characteristics:
7. Experience running B2C paid campaigns on Google and Facebook
8. Experience running listing experiments on Google Play Console for ASO
9. Experience with marketing automation, in-app automation, and mobile communications
10. An understanding of the telecoms industry
