We are seeking a Full Stack eCommerce Expert with extensive experience in managing and optimizing eCommerce stores on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Google Shopping. If you're passionate about eCommerce and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Platform Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of our stores on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Google Shopping, ensuring that each platform is fully optimized for maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Product Listing Optimization: Manage product listings across all platforms, including keyword optimization, SEO, content creation (images, descriptions), and pricing strategy to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel strategies to drive traffic and sales. This includes paid advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Google Ads, etc.), promotions, and organic growth tactics.
Inventory & Order Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels across all platforms, manage order fulfillment, and streamline processes to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, etc.) and provide regular performance reports. Use data insights to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
Platform-Specific Expertise: Leverage platform-specific tools and features such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Plus, Etsy Admin, and Google Merchant Center to optimize listings, advertising, and sales strategies.
Continuous Optimization: Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends. Apply best practices and new features to continuously improve store performance and customer experience.
Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing reviews, addressing customer feedback, and improving product and shipping processes.
Cross-Platform Integration: Manage integrations and automations between platforms (e.g., syncing inventory between Shopify and Amazon, integrating Google Shopping with Shopify).

Requirements:

Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce stores on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Google Shopping.
Full Stack eCommerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms, including SEO, paid advertising (PPC), product listing optimization, and order management for Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and Google Shopping.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with website development tools (e.g., Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS) and eCommerce integrations (e.g., inventory management systems, Google Analytics).
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to optimize listings, ads, and product strategies.
Advertising Expertise: Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Amazon (PPC), Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
Creative Mindset: Strong content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions, images, and ad copy that convert.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, whether it’s with inventory, product listings, or ads.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects across different platforms simultaneously.
Bonus: Experience with email marketing automation (e.g., Klaviyo), advanced Shopify apps, or using analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Data Studio is a plus.
