Position Summary:
We’re searching for an experienced WordPress Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience who can work independently on custom WordPress projects. A strong understanding of WordPress fundamentals, including theme and plugin development, is essential. React knowledge would be a significant advantage, as it would allow us to expand our capabilities in creating interactive and dynamic front-end experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with our team to transform design mockups into fully functional websites.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring speed, security, and scalability.
- Use WordPress best practices and coding standards in all projects.
- If applicable, integrate React components into WordPress themes for enhanced front-end interactivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with WordPress development.
- Familiarity with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency in React is a strong plus.
- UI/UX knowledge is an added benefit, as is experience with Adobe XD or Figma for mockup integration.
