Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
Track stocks of office supplies such as groceries, stationeries, etc. and place orders when necessary.
Provide general support to visitors and vendors.
Responsible for in housekeeping.
Organizing special functions and social events.
Maintain attendance record of employees.
Gate Management.
Supervising security staff.
Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
Arrangement of maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service as required (e.g. post processes, photocopying, scanning).
Legal affairs coordination with legal team.
Handle transportation facility and Local govt bodies.
