We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Web Developer with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in web development and a proven track record in testing and quality assurance of websites. This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality and performance of our web applications using various technologies and metrics such as Core Web Vitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Comprehensive Website Testing: Perform thorough testing of web applications to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks using various testing tools and methodologies.

Evaluate Core Web Vitals: Analyze and improve website performance by evaluating Core Web Vitals metrics, ensuring optimal loading speed, interactivity, and visual stability for an enhanced user experience.

Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with development and design teams to communicate test results, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality and functionality of the websites.

Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of all website functionalities and features.

Implement Automated Testing: Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes, increase efficiency, and ensure consistent and reliable test results across various browsers and devices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on quality assurance and testing.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and testing frameworks.
Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
