We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are used efficiently.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and clients. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and changes.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk management plans.
  • Scheduling: Manage project schedules, including meetings, deadlines, and key milestones. Ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project risks and issues.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits of project progress and outcomes.
  • Support Project Managers: Provide administrative and operational support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking project expenses and budgets. Ensure projects are completed within budget and financial records are accurately maintained.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among team members, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
