We are looking for a versatile Network Engineer and/or CCTV Engineer with experience in Microsoft 365 to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network and CCTV systems while also managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services. This role requires a solid understanding of network infrastructure, CCTV systems, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and security cameras.
Perform network and CCTV system troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Assist with the integration of Microsoft 365 services into the existing network environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Document network and CCTV configurations, installations, and upgrades accurately.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on network and Microsoft 365-related issues.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, CCTV Engineer, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
Experience with CCTV systems, including camera installation, DVR/NVR management, and system troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
Experience with network security practices and CCTV surveillance systems.
Certification in Microsoft 365, Azure, and CCNA (Share the certification # )
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network, CCTV and cloud-related issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
