We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 IT & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in resolving IT and Microsoft 365-related issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users on various IT issues, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. 
  • Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services and applications. 
  • Handle user account management tasks, including password resets, account creation, and permissions management. 
  • Document and maintain accurate records of IT and Microsoft 365 issues and resolutions. 
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or specialized teams as needed. 
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. 

Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in providing IT support to end-users, preferably in a corporate environment. 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including administration and troubleshooting. 
  • Knowledge of IT fundamentals such as networking, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and hardware. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Familiarity with remote desktop software for troubleshooting and assisting users remotely. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or CompTIA A+ (preferred).
