Responsibilities

Manage and maintain HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information, and generate reports for management as needed.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support organizational objectives.
Provide training and resources for managers and employees on performance management, compliance, and employee engagement strategies.
Support recruitment efforts by participating in the selection process and onboarding of new employees to foster a smooth transition.
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations impacting HR practices and ensure compliance across the organization.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improving workplace experience and retention strategies.
