Develop and implement community mobilization strategies, plans, and activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Facilitate community meetings, workshops, and events to raise awareness of school children in the target districts.
Mobilize community members, local leaders, and volunteers to actively participate in community development activities.
Promote community participation and ownership of projects by facilitating the formation and strengthening of community-based organizations or groups.
Responsible for Organizing and holding community meetings
Conduct community meetings to raise awareness about the importance of education for out-of-school children, especially girls.
Build relationships with parents, caregivers, and local leaders to encourage their active involvement in the project.
Identify out-of-school children and facilitate their enrollment in project-supported activities.
Organize and facilitate learning sessions, extracurricular activities, and counseling sessions to enhance children's confidence and engagement in education.
Collaborate with teachers and trainers to track children’s progress and address issues related to learning outcomes.
Maintain records of community interactions, enrollment data, and mentoring activities.
Work closely with project teams, schools, and local authorities to ensure seamless implementation of project activities.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance mobilization and mentoring skills.
Conduct follow-ups with families to ensure continued support for children’s education.
Monitor attendance and participation of enrolled children and provide feedback to the project management team.

Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
