Job Responsibilities:

Plan daily routes and assign work to drivers.
Enter information into our computer system.
Keep track of time.
Work with other teams to determine inventory levels, production schedules, and staffing needs.
Use data to identify areas that need improvement and make changes to plans.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
Organize transportation to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.
Find ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Keep accurate records of all planning activities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Strong command of spoken English
Control room/dispatch experience.
Experience in operations planning and management.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and people skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch systems.
Supply chain experience is preferred.
