You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key business associates, including retailers, distributors, and other partners in the lingerie industry. Your role will be crucial in driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring our associates are aligned with our brand values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business associates in the lingerie industry.
Develop and execute strategies to increase product placement and sales through business associates.
Monitor the performance of business associates, providing insights and support to maximize sales and market presence.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise with business associates, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Work closely with our internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment with business associates.
Prepare detailed reports on business associate performance and market trends, and present them to senior management.

Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of the lingerie industry and market dynamics.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
