Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate night shift operations in the bando department.
- Ensure optimal team performance and maintain high standards of production quality.
- Monitor processes to guarantee safety and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Prepare and analyze reports on production metrics and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in textile manufacturing
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions.
