HR Officer - Global Operations Department

The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in our Global Operations Development Department, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the technical and operational needs of the organization. This position requires a unique blend of HR expertise and technical acumen, aimed at fostering a productive, innovative, and compliant workforce across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical HR Expertise:
- Provide technical HR support and guidance on complex HR issues.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support technical operations and projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address their specific HR needs.
Global Operations Support:
- Oversee HR operations across multiple global locations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop global HR policies and procedures tailored to diverse operational contexts.
Talent Management and Development:
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for technical roles.
- Develop and manage technical training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Lead succession planning and career development initiatives for technical staff.
HR Technology and Systems:
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure they meet the needs of global operations.
- Implement and oversee the use of advanced HR technologies to streamline processes.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and drive decision-making.
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Handle complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and resolution.
- Develop and oversee performance management systems for technical teams.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Project Management:
- Lead HR projects related to global operations and technical initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and report on outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or HR certifications are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a technical HR role.
- Proven experience in a global HR environment, supporting multiple locations.
- Strong background in HR technology and systems management.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of technical roles and requirements within a global operations context.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
