- Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design specifications.
- Identify, isolate, and document defects found during testing.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified issues efficiently.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across various device types and operating systems.
- Identify vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Validate the app against business requirements and ensuring readiness for release.
- Test features against app store-specific requirements like in-app purchases, permissions, and privacy rules.
- Identify and address potential non-compliance issues during the QA process.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and executing automated test cases for mobile applications.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, including submission, review, and compliance guidelines.
- Utilization of a testing management tool like TestRail or Zephyr to provide visibility into testing status and progress in real-time.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing processes.
- Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms for smooth deployment.
