Senior Full Stack Developer - Devops

We currently have 2 main SAAS. One is a syndicator of GenAI, called panelsai.com, and is Node.js backend and React frontent (wordpress home page, but not inherently part of this position). The other is PinTurbo, which previous devs built Next.js full stack, with a python backend for AI and various processes.

This position is primarily backend, but full stack experience is preferred. Other developer is stronger in front end, but will require collaboration.
The correct developer will have experience with SAAS, APIs, backend in both node.js and python, as well as next.js for full-stack, and react.js for front-end.
The right developer will also have experience building with AI in advanced situations including, but not limited to, RAG pipelines, building agents, handling variety of APIs, as well prompt engineering and advanced logic and sequences handling many variables.
The right developer will preferably also have some experience handling media, like image, video, etc. Both in relationship to AI, and also independently.
The right developer will be able to handle deployments, server & database management, github, and other server-side management for quality upkeep of our products. We do have a devops we consult at times, but routine management should be something you're comfortable with.
The right developer will have experience managing SAAS platforms, payment integrations, user management, in both a new startup, but also in growing users at scale.
Optionally, the right developer will have some loose knowledge of marketing, since many of our builds relate to performance-driven marketing, so having some generalized knowledge will be helpful, but can also be learned.
The right developer will be a team player and collaborator.
The right developer will understand how to leverage AI in their workflow, and can build lightning fast with it when appropriate, but deeply understand the limitations and know when the solution also requires manual building and be able to handle both with a high degree of competence and quality.
The right developer understands the needs of saas. And while we work hard to respect boundaries and off-time, they also understand that at times extra work is required for deadlines, emergencies, outages, and should feel comfortable navigating these situations.
The other current developer is in Philippines, and company is based in US. Other team members are in Pakistan, and PH, US, and various other locations as qualified for roles.
