We are looking for detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Compliance and KYC Specialists. If you’re passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance and building a career in the financial sector, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new and existing clients, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Review and verify client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance checks and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes meticulously.
- Self-management and responsibility: You should be able to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- A proactive and disciplined approach to work.
- Prior experience in compliance, KYC, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
Working Hours:
- Remote position with working hours from 11:30 to 20:30 (with a 1-hour break).
