We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Mobit Solutions. As a BDM, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the IT sector. Key Responsibilities: (STAFF AUGMENTATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST)

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the IT sector to understand their staffing needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing our IT staff augmentation services and capabilities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability.
  • Actively generate leads and expand the client base through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, taking necessary actions to achieve or exceed targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in IT staffing sales or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
