We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist with a strong background in the Australian market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically within Australia. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from product sourcing to customer engagement, with the goal of driving sales and creating an exceptional online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Hunting & Sourcing: Identify and source trending and high-demand products tailored to the Australian market. Conduct market research to ensure product-market fit and competitive pricing.
Website Development & Launch: Create, manage, and optimize the e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience, fast load times, and seamless checkout processes. Coordinate the launch and promote the website to maximize reach.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies that engage potential customers, build brand awareness, and increase traffic to the website. Proficient in managing accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Client Engagement: Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, handling feedback professionally, and building strong customer relationships.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data to understand user behavior, and generate reports to guide strategy adjustments and enhance sales.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on the Australian market.
Proven expertise in product hunting and sourcing, website creation and management, and social media engagement.
Strong understanding of Australian consumer preferences and market trends.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
