We are looking for the services of Admin / Human Resource Manager,who knows the basics of HR management and has a good idea about the IT field. The individual should be able to understand the JD and find the right fit for that specific position by using alternate recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain a pool of candidates using different recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts telephonic interviews and schedule suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews, by ensuring that enough pool is available for positions available in the future.
- Ensuring timely collection of documents from all new hires.
