Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain company (social media platforms including LinkedIn) and employee profiles.
Develop and implement effective HR management tools to track employee efficiency and performance.
Manage employee data and performance records.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support recruitment efforts by creating job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in onboarding new employees and providing orientation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR management.
Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
