Senior .Net Developer

Memits Solutions LLC is looking for Remote Senior .Net Developers with experience in Enterprise Level C# WinForms applications. The position is Karachi based with market competitive benefits. Employee may be required to travel to different countries when required.

Roles and responsibilities

Developing desktop applications using C# programming language and the WinForms framework.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to identify project goals, requirements, and timelines.
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows coding standards and best practices.
Designing and implementing user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use using the WinForms library.
Troubleshooting and resolving bugs and performance issues in desktop applications.
Developing and maintaining database schemas and queries to support desktop applications.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for applications, including architecture, design, and user guides.
Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of coding standards and best practices.
Staying up to date with new technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
Communicating technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

5 years of relevant experience in core software development using Microsoft technologies.
Hands on experience in technical design patterns, development and documentation.
Experience in Developing and maintaining Open Dental software for dental practice management is a plus.

Skills

Proficiency with C#.NET, ASP.NET, WPF/Win forms.
Good knowledge of C, C++ would be an advantage.
Using the Microsoft .NET framework, including the WinForms library for the graphical user interface (GUI).
Using the MySQL database management system
supports other database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
using other programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for the web-based components of the software.
Good problem-solving ability.
Proficiency with unit and integration testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Agile Software Development Life Cycle.
Good communication and time management skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
