ELECTRO POLISHING & ELECTROPLATING:

To establish, organize and maintain the following Process/department for different products as and when required by the company:

Electro Polishing.
Chemical Polish
Passivation.
Anodizing
Satin finish
Electroplating
To develop and maintain SOPs of above processes/departments.
To design, propose, implement, review and correct plans to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
To observe production processes, conduct research and finding ways to increase productivity efficiency and quality.
To develop and implement safety procedures for Electropolishing and Electroplating workers against hazardous condition.
To design, plan and implement the layout of production process to optimize production and decrease cost.
To establish safety and waste management procedures.
To manage chemical storage according to HSE standards.

COMPLAINT HANDLING:

To provide his technical input in performing root cause investigations in consultation with (QA and production department) to establish corrective action plans and implement corrective actions,

Assist in the completion of the different elements of complaint investigation. And suggest preventive actions as and when needed.
