A Brand Manager is required for a reputed cosmetic company as per following criteria.

  • Champion product development and business improvement to ensure quick responses to consumer needs and generate consistent sales, contributing to the profit margin.
  • Initiate market research projects to deliver powerful consumer/customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth and setting out achievable actions as part of the strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term and short-term strategy for all the brand categories (skin care, hair care, cosmetics, personal care, winter care, men care & health care) by implementing the push and pull ideology.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, inclusive of digital, social and print media while keeping in view the competitive landscape.
  • Closely liaison with the Sales team to identify needs / opportunities, develop pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for company brands.
  • Oversee, manage and coach trainees/junior resources on a regular basis.
  • To ensure a high degree of involvement with the ad agencies to make strong ATL campaigns.
  • Work in cohesion with product development teams and suppliers at the time of launches as well as in the early stages including but not limited to packaging and designing including contributing to work stewarded by designers (internal and external).
  • To ensure a high degree of involvement with the ad agencies to make strong ATL campaigns.
  • To engage and liaise with digital marketing and ad agencies in order to come up with creative ideas and execute them on digital platforms.
  • Must be knowledgeable about competitive brands and the campaigns and products launched and their spending and strategy on ATL & BTL activities. Planning and Monitoring.
  • Building Business/Customer Relationships.
  • Understanding of Market Research.
  • GRP, CPRP familiarity.
  • Advanced Communication & Inter-personal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Data Analysis and other metrics.
  • Agility.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other business softwares.
