We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, particularly within a service-oriented or marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, monitor agency expenditures, and provide financial insights to management.
Client Billing and Invoicing: Manage client invoices, track payments, and ensure timely and accurate billing in coordination with the client service teams.
Payroll Management: Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely payment and compliance with local labor laws.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and managing receivables from clients.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns, VAT/GST submissions, and coordinating with tax advisors.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast the agency’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for operations and growth.
Audit Preparation: Prepare and assist with internal and external audits as necessary.
Financial Strategy: Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions, including cost control, pricing models, and profitability analysis.
Software & Tools: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar accounting certification preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in a marketing, advertising, or similar service-oriented industry.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial forecasting.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
