Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional with dual expertise in accounting and banking to manage the financial and banking operations of our export-oriented business. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, ensure compliance, support export transactions, and provide tailored banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure timely tax return submissions.
- Reconcile bank statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and monitor foreign exchange rates.
- Prepare and process export-related financial documents such as letters of credit and export invoices.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for export transactions, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding international trade finance products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service and financial solutions.
- Monitor and manage foreign currency accounts and transactions, ensuring accurate currency conversions.
- Liaise with external auditors, ensuring documentation for audits is prepared and provided.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, banking regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and presenting regular reports on banking and financial activities to senior management.
