We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to lead our team in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically proficient individual with proven leadership skills and international experience to join our growing company. You will play a crucial role in the design and delivery of diverse projects, working closely with a talented team and interacting with international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Manage project workloads, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee the design and analysis of building structures using relevant software (Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla & StadPro).
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and reports.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, clients, and contractors.
- Attend meetings and communicate effectively with international clients in fluent English.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the structural engineering team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
- 4+ years of proven experience in structural design and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in a team lead role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, StadPro).
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- International work experience is highly preferred.
