We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Amadeus software or similar web-based travel booking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Amadeus software to manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, assisting with travel planning and booking.
  • Stay updated with travel industry trends and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to booking systems and customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Amadeus software or similar travel booking applications.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and its operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a travel agency or related role.
  • Knowledge of other booking systems and travel technologies.
  • Experience working in the Spanish travel market will be a plus.
