Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at M.tech, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand and marketing materials to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning designs that engage and resonate with our target audience. We are looking for a creative thinker who can turn concepts into compelling visual content.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
Develop and maintain visual elements for our website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Design eye-catching logos, branding materials, and product packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Able to create simple brochures and flyers.
Create newsletters.
Email marketing materials to customers as per customer lists.
Manage Facebook posting.
Make minor changes to existing package designs.
Make minor changes to the company website.
Edit product photos using Photoshop.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
A portfolio showcasing your best design work.
