- Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide basic nursing care and support during procedures.
- Assist doctors in patient preparation and follow-up care.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and availability of supplies.
- Handle patient feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Prior experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
