"Organizational Development / Performance Executive" required for a High street fashion brand - LAMA Retail for its office based at Lahore.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Building a Performance Management System for the organization from scratch.
Creating employee evaluation forms and conducting performance evaluations
Ensuring that the department is aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
Identifying training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively
Creating an effective training calendar and providing recommendations for training
Conducting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives
Providing coaching and feedback to employees on how they can improve their performance
Evaluating employee performance to determine who should be promoted or demoted within the company
Determining employees’ compensation levels based on job performance and experience
Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, HR Management, or a similar major
2+ years of experience as a Performance Manager or in a similar position
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily interact with all organizational levels
Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner
Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics
