Kozmek Engineering Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and energetic Architect for full time basis in their office in DHA 2.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
Skills requirements:
1. Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
2. Excellent oral and written communication
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills
4. High attention to detail
5. Ability to work under indirect supervision
6. Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability.
7. Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills.
8. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar).
Responsibilities:
1. Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
2. Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
3. Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
4. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
5. Compile project specifications
6. Keep within budgets and timelines
7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
8. Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
9. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
10. Follow architectural trends and advancements
