Your role:
• Building and developing strong relationships with customers.
• Updating leads, contacts and sales into Zoho CRM.
• Approaching potential customers via phone, SMS and email.
• Meeting clients online and presenting the services in a structured and professional way.
• Explaining services and offering benefits and solutions according to customer needs.
• Closing deals with the best negotiation skills and payment plans.
• Performing credit checks and offering suitable financial plans to the customers.
• Managing sales pipeline and meeting weekly / monthly sales targets.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Attending monthly performance review meetings with the sales managers and directors
