Kayi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as an Office Clerk & Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our accounting processes. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your home during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in our spreadsheets.
Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining financial records, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and preparing basic financial reports.
Clerical Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and managing communication.
Microsoft Excel: Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and creating financial spreadsheets.
Internet Research: Conduct online research as needed for various business tasks.
Account Management: Support basic accounting functions, including reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with browsing the internet for research purposes.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Internet Access: Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Work Environment: Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.
Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
