We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead and manage our retail sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing store operations, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring a superior customer experience. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for retail, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
  • Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement action plans based on these insights.
  • Budget Management: Manage store budgets, including sales forecasts, expenses, and staffing. Ensure financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently.
  • Merchandising: Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure products are displayed effectively and in line with brand guidelines. Ensure promotional activities are executed effectively.
  • Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and store operations to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all store operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategies.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
