The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires expertise in various digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and segment them for personalized marketing approaches.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Content Management:

  • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) to engage and educate the audience.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and optimized for search engines (SEO).

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop email marketing campaigns, including segmenting lists, creating compelling content, and measuring results.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and SEO:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

Team Management:

  • Lead and collaborate with a team of digital marketing professionals, including content writers, graphic designers, and analysts.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Implement strategies to improve website and landing page conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to enhance user experience.

Online Advertising:

  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Optimize ad targeting, creative assets, and budget allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
