Freight Brokerage Sales Agent for US Market

We are looking for an experienced telemarketing/sales professional for a full time growth focused position. The agent will be required to acquire and maintain sales leads for one of the three largest 3PL companies in the United States. Key job duties include cold calling, emailing, rate quotations, day to day client management, collaborating with dispatch team and in general acquisition and maintenance of clientele.

Salary and Commissions: we are offering PKR 40-50,000 Salary (discussable based on experience and credentials) PLUS equally healthy Monthly Commissions for i) acquiring new client ii) shipments moved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify potential client and their decision makers within client organization
Full-time work hours 6PM to 3AM
Daily cold calling and emailing
Relationship building with new researched clients
Client account and relationship management
Setting up conference calls for client when needed
Work on and execute effective sales pitches and approaches as separate models
Maneuver between different styles to succeed in negotiation with clients
Respond to RFPs and RFQs as well as provide quotes to clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 2+ years of experience in telemarketing/sales (preference for freight sales)
Proven experience for sales in North America
Preference for North American geographical knowledge
Must have the potential to lead a team if offered in future
Must have a smartphone with high quality internet
Knowledge of email marketing tools, email mergers and necessary skill set
Exceptional communication and English skills, US accent
Flexible and self-driven personality with tried and tested skill set
Used to working in the fast pace
Being efficient in multitasking when required in stressful times
Ability to attract, bring on, close and deliver new business, as well as a desire to grow your own customers
