We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the buying or selling process
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and close sales
- Conduct property tours, showcase projects, and provide clients with detailed information
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive developments
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide feedback on customer needs, project features, and market demands to the management team
- Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and networking sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong understanding of the local property market and regulations in Islamabad
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Minimum Intermediate (12th Standard's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
